How much does it cost to apply?
Nothing. Services for job seekers are free: it is the company that hires us to run the search.
What happens after I send my CV?
Your profile enters our database and is seen by whoever follows your sector at the nearest branch. If it matches an open search we call you; otherwise you stay on file for future roles.
Do I need previous experience?
Not always. Many companies are looking for people to train: in those cases availability and reliability matter more than past experience.
What kind of contract will I have?
It depends on the role. With staff leasing we are the employer and you are paid like the employees of the company hosting you; with direct recruitment the contract is with the company itself.
For companies
How long before I receive the first applications?
It depends on the profile and the area. For common roles we talk about days; for highly specialised positions it takes longer — and we tell you straight away rather than keeping you waiting.
What is the difference between staff leasing and recruitment?
With staff leasing the worker is employed by us and works at your site: it suits temporary or variable needs. With recruitment the person is hired directly by you, for a permanent role.
Do you also handle compliance?
Yes. With staff leasing we handle contracts, payslips, social security obligations and mandatory safety training.
Do you only work where you have a branch?
Branches are our bases, but we operate across Italy. If you can’t find your city, write to us: we’ll put you in touch with the office covering that area.
